Shipping
Upon receipt of your order, shipment will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, subject to payment confirmation and product availability. During periods of sales or holidays, orders may be dispatched within 48 hours.
Delivery timeframes are as follows: Economy Shipping requires 5-8 business days, while Express Shipping requires 3-4 business days. These timeframes commence on the business day following order receipt.
Return Policy
At Petit Louli, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please note that our customer service team may request photos of the damaged item(s).
Conditions for Voluntary Returns
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose your shipping method.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for arranging their return shipping for international orders. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
• Return Window: Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
• Tags and Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Original Purchase Source: Items must have been purchased directly from our online store and accompanied by an original purchase receipt.
• Exclusions: Items marked as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase, gift cards, and SALE items are not eligible for return.
• Refund Scope: Only the product cost will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. To change an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation of receipt and inspection at our warehouse.
• Depending on your credit or debit card provider, additional delays may occur.
• Gift purchases can be returned for store credit or a gift card.

All returns must meet the conditions outlined above, be from a smoke-free environment, and have all applicable tags attached.
