Shipping
Upon receipt of your order, shipment will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, subject to payment confirmation and product availability. During periods of sales or holidays, orders may be dispatched within 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery timeframes are as follows: Economy Shipping requires 5-8 business days, while Express Shipping requires 3-4 business days. These timeframes commence on the business day following order receipt.
Return Policy
At Petit Louli, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please note that our customer service team may request photos of the damaged item(s).
Conditions for Voluntary Returns
- Return Window: Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Return Shipping Costs: Returns for a refund are subject to an $8.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted automatically from your refund. Exchanges are complimentary within the U.S.
- Return Label: Each return must be sent back using its designated return label. Items from different orders may not be combined into a single package.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for arranging their return shipping for international orders. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original, unaltered condition.
- Tags and Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Original Purchase Source: Items must have been purchased directly from our online store.
- Exclusions: Items marked FINAL SALE or SALE at the time of purchase, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
- Condition on Arrival: We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange for items not returned in resalable condition. Items assessed as unsalable will not be returned to the customer.
- Refund Scope: Only the product cost will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are complimentary within the U.S. To request one, follow the same process as a return and note your preferred replacement item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package is lost, please email us right away at contact@petit-louli.com. Lost packages must be reported within 7 business days of the original delivery date. If a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and/or signed for upon delivery, Petit Louli cannot be held responsible for it.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation of receipt and inspection at our warehouse.
- Depending on your credit or debit card provider, additional delays may occur.
